Mike Co-founded nSource on a mission to disrupt the mature business process outsourcing industry.  He continues to attract talent with a track-record of innovating and challenging the status-quo.   Our operations, technology and HR experts listen to our clients and solve for “n” informed by hands-on experience and industry perspective.

Mike Bryant brings over 25 years of operating and executive experience to NSource. After two decades in the business services/technology industry as a proven operating executive, prior to co-founding nSource. Mike founded Catalyst Management, an advisory service for CEO’s and private equity funds operating in the technology and business services sectors.

Mike was President of Legal Services at Integreon, a global leader in knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) serving the legal, financial services and corporate marketplace. He joined Integreon through the acquisition of CBF Group where he was CEO. Prior to CBF and Integreon, Mike served as SVP Strategy & Business Development for the outsourcing division of Bowne Business Solutions (BBS), a $300MM business process outsourcing (BPO), IT services and litigation support company.  Within those eight years, Mike held senior general management/operations and business development roles, culminating in an executive position responsible for global strategy, M&A, sales and marketing.

Mike began his career at Eastman Kodak Company, where he spent 11 years in various sales and management roles in Kodak’s multibillion-dollar B2B systems division, culminating in an early-stage role in Kodak’s entry into the BPO space through the establishment of Kodak Imaging Services. Mike completed an Executive MBA program in Product Development from MIT’s Sloan School of Business and possess a BBA in Finance and Marketing.
