Marc is a founding member of NSource and serves as Senior Vice President in charge of Business Development. He brings over 23 years of legal, operational and business development experience. He began his career as a litigator for over a decade in the fields of medical malpractice, premises & product liability, insurance coverage, toxic tort litigation and complex commercial litigation. Developing a fundamental understanding of business operations from a legal disposition has proved to be an invaluable asset throughout his professional career.
In November of 2000, Marc left his law firm partnership at Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey to join Spherion Deposition Services in Chicago, where he was primarily responsible for developing a local and national sales program for the legal market. Ultimately he was appointed as Managing Director of Chicago Operations and later earned the position of Executive Vice President. Notably, he elected to outsource certain aspects of the business and engaged Bowne Business Services (a company later acquired by global power Williams Lea) to assume operational responsibility for all Chicago-based business. This was Marc’s first experience with business process outsourcing (BPO).
He later was a founding partner of RDS, a provider of legal support services, and helped to establish and generate business opportunities on a local and national basis in the legal community. After only 17 months, the nation’s largest deposition company acquired RDS, providing him the opportunity to join Williams Lea. During this tenure at Williams Lea, Marc rose from a regional executive responsible for business development in the legal sector to a national VP tasked with expanding operations in both the legal and financial services sectors.
Marc excelled at Yale University where he obtained degrees in both Economics and Mathematics and was awarded 10 varsity letters in football and track. Following a brief stint with the Pittsburgh Steelers Football Organization, Marc attended Illinois Institute of Technology’s Chicago-Kent School of Law and the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Stuart Graduate School of Business. He received his Juris Doctor Degree in 1989.
